If you’re vegan (especially newly vegan), being around family members who aren’t can be difficult. Sometimes, even without you doing anything, people who aren’t vegan assume you’re trying to convince them to change their eating ways. This is when their defenses come up, which can make you feel attacked!
That’s why I wanted to make this video :) Erica and I share some really helpful tips and tricks for staying healthy and/or vegan over the holidays!
