Throughout my years of eating a vegan diet, I’ve found MANY workarounds to still eating Persian food! I’m so excited to be sharing more of them with you guys. Even if you’re not Persian, I know you’ll love these recipes so definitely give them a try. They’re PACKED with nutrients and so much flavor. Enjoy! :)

1 cup ground almonds

1 cup ground walnuts

1/2 cup of parsley

1/4 cup zucchini

Garbanzo beans

Bread crumbs

black pepper

turmeric

Almond milk

Almond oil
Peel the steamed potato, then blend everything else. Make sure it all sticks together. Form them the way you want. Heat a pan with almond oil and put them on the skillet until they’re golden brown. Let cool, then enjoy!
